A Mixed Lot of Small farmers from the greater Huila Region including smallholders from Isnos, Pitalito, Acevedo, Iquira, Palermo, Oporapa, La plata and La Argentina. All coffees from these producers are from farms of less than 2 hectares and the lots have all scored higher than 83 points. This is a lot we consider to be a diamond in the rough so to speak. Although the lot is still a micro-lot it has landed and cupped at higher grades than when it left Colombia.

The regional qualities of this lot are attributed to ranging elevations, Volcanic ash loam soils, high annual rainfall and mild temperature ranges of between 17-29 degrees Celsius. Of course the continued work of Cofinet with their farmers education programs cannot be overstated.

Colombia Huila Reserve tastes like: Dried Peach, Orange, Sweet Chocolate with a delicate acidity.
